Privacy Policy

As the provider hosting your organization’s online services, RegistrationMax LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you and your Organization have given us. LearnGrow is a product offered to you by your Organization through RegistrationMax, LLC (“RM”). This statement explains RM’s policies and practices regarding our use and disclosure of your personal information. These provisions apply to all users of this Site, including those that are under the age of 13 years. The terms “you” and “your” means the person entering information into this Site unless otherwise provided.

Even though your use of the website and services (“the Site”) indicates your acceptance of the RM Privacy Policy, please review the details of this Policy carefully. Note that we review and update this Privacy Policy and may do so as needed without notice unless otherwise required by law. Therefore, you should revisit the terms of this policy periodically to make sure that you are aware of any changes in the way RM collects and uses your personal information. By using the Site, you and any parent or guardian of a child under 13 that provided their consent, consents to the collection and use of your personal information by RM as explained below.

Terms defined in RM’s Terms of Use have the same meaning in this Privacy Policy.

For purposes of this Policy, we introduce the definitions of how we characterize users' information:

"Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII" is information that can identify a user of this website, including e-mail, name and address. "Anonymous Information" is information that does not enable identification of an individual user. "De-Identified Information" is information from which all personally identifiable components have been removed. Unlike Anonymous Information, De-Identified information is initially collected as Personally Identifiable Information, after which we remove any identifying component to make the information anonymous.

RM collects Personally Identifiable Information at several points when your Organization chooses us as a service provider: when you upload this information to the Site, when you register for an account, and when you use certain RM Sites. RM may also receive personally identifiable information about you from our business partners who have been authorized by you to disclose such information.

The information RM receives when your Organization uploads information includes but is not limited to your name, date of birth, email address, and billing information. Once you register for an account and sign in to our services, you are no longer anonymous to us, and we receive and record information about your browser that includes IP address, cookie information and the page you requested.

Cookies. RM uses “cookies”. Cookies are computer files containing limited amounts of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Generally, cookies work by assigning to your computer a unique number that has no meaning outside of the Site. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information; we use them to provide features such as personalization, and to save your user ID and password after you have entered a session so that you do not have to re-enter it repeatedly during that session. A cookie cannot read data off of your hard drive or read cookie files created by other sites. Information stored in cookies may be encrypted; however, we do not store your credit card number in cookies. While most web browsers automatically accept cookies, you can usually change your browser setting to prevent it. Keep in mind that not accepting cookies may make certain features of the Site unavailable to you.

RM does not sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information about you to third parties, except as noted below. We will not disclose any collected information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

RM may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

We have your consent to share the information;
We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested, including sharing your information with your Organization;
We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of RM to provide a product or service to you. Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary or appropriate, in our judgment, to assist us in providing your product or service;
We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes; or
We find that your actions using the Site violate the RM Terms of Use or any of our usage guidelines for specific services.
We may share aggregate demographic information with our customers, business partners, and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual or organization.

Links. The Site may contain links to third party Sites. Even if the third party is affiliated with RM through a business partnership or otherwise, RM is not responsible for the privacy policies, practices or content of such external links. We encourage our Users to be aware when they leave the Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every site that collects personally identifiable information. Our Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by RM on this Site.

RM uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect your data transmissions of financial and personally identifiable information.

You can view your personal information at any time by signing in to your account on the Site.

Opt-out. Your Organization may need to communicate at times with any and all Users, and as your service provider RM reserves the right to facilitate these communications. Users who do not wish to be contacted should contact your Organization. Please refer to the Privacy Policy of your Organization for additional information.

Parents may email to inquire if their child has submitted Personal Information to RM and to remove any such information from our system. Parents can review, have deleted, and refuse to permit further collection of their child’s information by contacting RM at
